[origin: JPH05201615A] PURPOSE: To facilitate threading by allowing passing a first thread deflecting device at position between a thread feeding device and the first thread deflecting device and to pass through a second thread deflecting device linked with the first device and allowing a thread loop pass through a third thread deflecting device. CONSTITUTION: A main thread traversing guide 14.1 and a compensating thread traversing guide 13.1 with a stroke of its half are provided to guide a thread F from a feeding device via a stationary deflecting guide roller 12, a third deflecting guide roller 13, and a second deflecting guide roller 14. On the other hand, a threading device is formed with a centering disk 18.1 for clamping the end of the thread to a spool body 15 and a guiding plate 19 for guiding to a thread catch 20.2 through the guide roller 12. Then, the thread is moved by a first follower 21, given a returning stroke by a second follower 22 next and removed from a catch 20.2 to be threaded into the guide roller 12. Next, the second follower 22 threads the thread into the guide roller 13 and the roller 12 in order.

Eine Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln eines Fadens auf eine Spulenhülse. Die Vorrichtung besitzt einen sich mit einem Hub a hin- und herbewegenden Hauptchangierfadenführer (14.2) sowie einen sich mit einem Hub a/2 bewegenden Ausgleichschangierfadenführer (23). Von einer Fadenzuführungsvorrichtung (8) läuft der Faden (F) über eine feste Fadenumlenkrolle (12), eine den Ausgleichschangierfadenführer bildende Umlenkrolle (13) und eine mit dem Hauptchangierfadenführer (14.2) verbundene Umlenkrolle (14). Eine Fadeneinfädeleinrichtung besteht aus einer Vorrichtung (18.1) zum Einklemmen des Fadens an einem Ende (15.1) der Spulenhülse (15), einem Fadenüberlaufblech (19), auf dessen Oberkante (19.1) der Faden über die feste Fadenumlenkrolle (12) hinweg auf eine Fadenleitkante (20.1) aufläuft bis zu einer Fadeneinfangkerbe (20.2). Durch einen mit dem Hauptchangierfadenführer verbundenen ersten Mitnehmer (21) wird der Faden in die Fadenumlenkrolle (14) eingefädelt. Durch einen mit dem Hauptchangierfadenführer verbundenen zweiten Mitnehmer (22) wird bei der Gegenbewegung der Faden aus der Fadeneinfangkerbe (20.2) entnommen und in die feste Umlenkrolle (12) eingefädelt. Eine Fadenschlaufe wird mittels des zweiten Mitnehmers (22) über die Fadenumlenkrolle (13) am Ausgleichschangierfadenführer hinweggezogen und nach erneuter Bewegungsumkehr von einem dritten Mitnehmer (23.1) in die Fadenumlenkrolle (13) des Ausgleichschangierfadenführers eingefädelt. <IMAGE>
