Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for regulating the web pulling force of a textile web (2). Particularly where sensitive fabrics are concerned, the fabric web, when spread out and oriented on a guiding and stentering roller (4) or segment-regulating roller and subsequently taken up by a following fixing roller, is warped and distorted as a result of highly fluctuating web pulling forces in its fabric. This is a great disadvantage for the further processing of the fabric web. According to the invention, the fabric-web pull is measured in the following fixing roller (8), and these values are applied to a drive of the guiding and stentering roller which, by means of the control, acquires variable rotational speeds and thus keeps the material-web pulling force constant between the guiding and stentering roller and the fixing roller. Undesirable distortions in the material web running through are thereby avoided. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Bahnzugkraft einer Textilbahn (2). Insbesondere bei empfindlichen Geweben wird die Warenbahn, wenn sie auf einer Führungs- und Breitstreckwalze (4) bzw. Segmentregelwalze ausgebreitet und ausgerichtet und anschließend von einer nachgeordneten Fixierwalze aufgenommen wird, durch stark schwankende Bahnzugkräfte in ihrem Gewebe verspannt und verzogen. Dies ist für die weitere Bearbeitung der Warenbahn von großem Nachteil. Erfindungsgemäß wird in der nachgeordneten Fixierwalze (8) der Warenbahnzug gemessen und diese Werte auf einen Antrieb der Führungs- und Breitstreckwalze gebracht, die durch die Steuerung variable Drehgeschwindigkeiten bekommt und somit die Warenbahnzugkraft zwischen der Führungs- und Breitstreckwalze und der Fixierwalze konstant hält. Unerwünschte Verspannungen in der durchlaufenden Warenbahn werden dadurch vermieden. <IMAGE>
