Abstract (en)

Monitoring arrangement for the washing and rinsing cycles of an industrial-type dishwashing machine, comprising a wash tank (4), two pairs of spray arms (5, 6) coupled with the water supply and circulating circuit of the machine, measurement transducers (19) capable of detecting the rotating speed of the spray arms (5, 6) so as to signal their condition of operation through an indicator arrangement (22 or 27) that is connected with the electronic control unit (18) provided to control the sequence of the various operation cycles of the machine. The arrangement also comprises further measurement transducers (23) included in the water supply and circulating circuit of the machine so as to detect the flow rate of the washing liquor or rinsing water circulated therethrough, said transducers being connected with the control unit (18) so as to signal through said unit and said indicator arrangement (22 or 27) the flow of a given quantity of liquor through the conduits of said water circuit and, therefore, the regular or irregular operating condition of the same circuit. <IMAGE>
