Abstract (en)
Control device of the traversing mechanism of the yarn-dispensing guides (39) when producing a bi-conical bobbin. In accordance with the invention, the set of cams (26) controlling the traversing of the yarn-guide (39) associated with each position is controlled by a single drive shaft (28) extending over the entire length of the loom and revolving at a constant speed. The variations in rotational speed of the control cam (26) are obtained by means of a cone-and-belt variator (30,31) associated with each winding system. The position of each transmission belt (31) of the cone-type variator is displaced in synchronism with the "Sine bar" (27) assembly position of the winding system, allowing winding to be kept at a constant pitch. <IMAGE>

Dispositif de commande du va-et-vient des guides (39) distributeurs de fil lors de la réalisation d'une bobine biconique. Conformément à l'invention, l'ensemble des cames (26) commandant le va-et-vient du guide-fil (39) associé à chaque position, est commandé par un arbre moteur unique (28) s'étendant sur toute la longueur du métier et tournant à vitesse constante. Les variations de vitesse de rotation de la came de commande (26) sont obtenues par l'intermédiaire d'un variateur à cones et courroies (30,31) associé à chaque système de renvidage. La position de chaque courroie (31) de transmission du variateur à cônes est déplacée en synchronisme avec la position d'ensemble "barre sinus" (27) du système de renvidage, permettant le maintien d'un pas constant de bobinage. <IMAGE>
