[origin: EP0534880A1] The subject of the present invention is a device for fastening hollow beams or similar hollow elements for decorative use. Fastening device characterised in that it consists mainly of two parts, a male part (5, 6) and a female part (3, 4), any one of the said parts (3, 4 or 5, 6) being fastened, before fitting the hollow element (1), by means of conventional means such as nails, screws, bolts or the like, onto the supporting surface (2) and the other of the said parts (5, 6 or 3, 4) being mounted on the internal face of the hollow element (1) which is opposite the supporting surface (2) during the fitting of the hollow element (1), the two parts (3, 4, and 5, 6) fastening the latter in a dismantleable manner by mutual interlocking. <IMAGE>
