[origin: EP0534895A1] The stretching-chamber arrangement has a stretching chamber (1) with a first feed line (5) which can be shut off, with a discharge line (7), with a liquid tank (3) and with a pumping means (4) for circulating the chamber liquid through the stretching chamber and a separation chamber (2) connected to the stretching chamber and having a suction line (9) and a suction pump (10) for sucking of the chamber liquid from the separation chamber. For the pre-moistening of the yarns (F) to prevent dry friction when the arrangement is started up, there is provided a second feed line (10) which bypasses the shut-off means (6) of the first feed line (5) and which opens into the yarn channel through small pre-moistening orifices in the region of the yarn entrance of the stretching chamber in the yarn running direction in front of the first yarn-guide element of the arrangement. <IMAGE>
