Abstract (en)
[origin: JPH05222636A] PURPOSE: To carry out precise adjustment of each portion of a yarn-forming group. CONSTITUTION: Draw/counterdraw rollers 1 and 3 are mounted on a support 10 vertically oscillating in such ways as to move close to and respectively away from the gauge 2, with an arm 11 having a fine-yarn screw register 13 and with stoppage of the rollers 1 before they touch the gauge 2. The shaft 12 of the draw/counterdraw rollers 1 and 3 is interlocked to a translation device able to adjust the axial position thereof. A rotary disk blade 4 for cutting the fuzzy yarn is mounted on a shaft 40 whose ends are supported by bearings 41 and is lubricated and adjustable in height. A rotary head 6 for winding the fuzzy yarn on the gauge 2 is mounted on a shaft 60 which is fitted on bearings 61 within a support 62 adjustable in height by a fine-yarn screw register 63. The gauge 2 is mounted on a slide 20 movable on a horizontal guide and whose position is adjustable by a fine-thread screw register 21.

Machine perfectionnée pour produire des filés de chenille dans laquelle les rouleaux entraîneurs/rouleaux de pression (1,3) sont montés sur un support (10) oscillant verticalement de manière à se rapprocher et respectivement à s'éloigner du calibre (2), avec un bras (11) pourvu d'un réglage à vis (13) avec filetage à pas fin et avec arrêt avant que les rouleaux (1) ne viennent en contact avec le calibre (2); dans laquelle l'arbre (12) des rouleaux entraîneurs/rouleaux de pression (1,3) est asservi à des moyens de translation destinés à régler sa position axiale; dans laquelle la lame à disque tournant (4) pour la coupe du fil d'effet est montée sur un arbre (40) dont les extrémités sont en appui sur des paliers (41), et cette lame étant lubrifiée et réglable en hauteur; dans laquelle la tête tournante (6) destinée à l'enroulement du fil d'effet sur le calibre (2) est montée sur un arbre (60), lequel est monté sur des paliers (61) dans un support (62) réglable en hauteur au moyen d'un réglage à vis (63) avec filetage à pas fin; et dans laquelle le calibre (2) est monté sur un coulisseau (20) mobile sur un guide horizontal et dont la position est réglable au moyen d'un réglage à vis (21) avec filetage à pas fin. <IMAGE>
