The invention relates to a straight plastic connector (1) for connecting hollow spacer profiles and hollow glazing-bar profiles of laminated insulating glass, having a flat, elongate body of which one part (2) of its length can be plugged into one spacer profile and the other part (3) of its length can be plugged into the other spacer profile. The surface of the connector is provided with at least one stop element (4) which, when pushing the straight connector into the spacer profiles to be connected to one another, bears against the profile end faces directed towards one another, and is also provided with projections (7) for increasing the frictional force between the surface of the straight connector and the inner wall surface of the profiles. The body of the straight connector has a double-T-shaped cross-section (17), the parallel, horizontal transverse webs (9, 10) of which are connected to one another by a web (8) and are in contact with those inner wall surfaces of the profiles located opposite them. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Geradverbinder (1) aus Kunststoff zur Verbindung von hohlen Abstandsprofilen und hohlen Sprossenprofilen eines Mehrscheibenisolierglases, mit einem flachen, länglichen Körper von dem der eine Teil (2) seiner Länge in das eine Abstandsprofil und der andere Teil (3) seiner Länge in das andere Abstandsprofil einsteckbar sind, und dessen Oberfläche mit wenigstens einem Anschlagelement (4) versehen ist, welches beim Einschieben des Geradverbinders in die miteinander zu verbindenden Abstandsprofile sich gegen die einander zugewandten Profilstirnseiten legt, sowie mit Vorsprüngen (7) zur Vergrößerung der Reibungskraft zwischen der Oberfläche des Geradverbinders und der Profilinnenwandoberfläche. Der Körper des Geradverbinders weist einen Doppel-T-Querschnitt (17) auf, dessen durch einen Steg (8) miteinander verbundene, parallele, waagrechte Querstege (9,10) die ihnen gegenüberliegenden Profilinnenwandoberflächen berühren. <IMAGE>
