Abstract (en)
In order to enable the coolant supply to a cooler (22) for the detector (20) of an optical homing head (18) in a missile (16), which missile (16) is arranged in a launching device (14) which is fitted to an aircraft (12), caging means (46) being provided for caging the moving homing-head optics of the homing head (18), which can be unlocked for target tracking before operation of the missile (16), via a control line (32) which passes from the cockpit (10) of the aircraft (12) to the launching device (14), a bistable circuit (50) is provided on the missile side of the control line (32), which bistable circuit (50) can be set into an activated state by means of an unlocking signal for the caging means (46) on the said control line (32), and remains in this state. In its activated state, a valve (26) which controls the coolant supply to the cooler (22) can be driven by this bistable circuit (50). In this way, two functions can be carried out by one control line. <IMAGE>

Zur Freigabe der Kühlmittelzufuhr zu einem Kühler (22) für den Detektor (20) eines optischen Suchers (18) in einem Flugkörper (16), der in einer an einem Flugzeug (12) angebrachten Startvorrichtung (14) angeordnet ist, wobei Fesselmittel (46) zur Fesselung der beweglichen Sucheroptik des Suchers (18) vorgesehen sind, die zur Zielverfolgung vor dem Einsatz des Flugkörpers (16) über eine vom Cockpit (10) des Flugzeugs (12) zur Startvorrichtung (14) geführte Steuerleitung (32) entriegelbar sind, ist flugkörperseitig von der Steuerleitung (32) eine bistabile Schaltung (50) vorgesehen, welche durch ein Entriegelungssignal für die Fesselmittel (46) auf der besagten Steuerleitung (32) in einen aktivierten Zustand setzbar ist und in diesem Zustand verbleibt. Durch diese bistabile Schaltung (50) ist in deren aktiviertem Zustand ein die Kühlmittelzufuhr zu dem Kühler (22) beherrschendes Ventil (26) aufsteuerbar. Auf diese Weise können durch eine Steuerleitung zwei Funktionen erfüllt werden. <IMAGE>
