The tubular wall (1) has, in the region between two consecutive openings of a series of openings aligned in the axial direction, a concavity (11) or a flat part in the circumferential direction. It can therefore be immobilised in rotation by bearing on a plane surface (P), for correct insertion of a series of circulation tubes into the openings. <IMAGE>
