Abstract (en)
This crane can be automatically folded, particularly with a view to transporting it on the road. It comprises a tower (6) which can be folded into two parts (7, 8), a jib (10) which is articulated at the top of the tower (6) and supported by a jib tie (20), connected to the top of a rigid upright (24) which is itself articulated on the rear part of the jib (10), and a rear retaining device (26) connecting the top (23) of the upright (24) to the rear part of a rotating frame (3) which carries a cantledge (4). The jib tie (20) is formed by several rigid elements (28, 29, 30, 31) which are articulated to each other. The rear retaining device (26) is formed by a rigid lower element (36), extended at its upper part by a cable (37) and connected by a connecting rod (39) to the lower part (7) of the tower (6). A motorised member (46) connects together the two parts (7, 8) of the tower (6). <IMAGE>

Cette grue est repliable automatiquement, notamment en vue de son transport sur route. Elle comprend un mât pliable (6) en deux parties (7,8), une flèche (10) articulée au sommet du mât (6) et soutenue par un tirant de flèche (20), relié au sommet d'un poinçon rigide (24), lui-même articulé sur la partie postérieure de la flèche (10), et un dispositif arrière de retenue (26) reliant le sommet (23) du poinçon (24) à la partie arrière d'un châssis tournant (3) qui porte un lest d'équilibrage (4). Le tirant de flèche (20) est formé de plusieurs éléments rigides (28,29,30,31) articulés les uns aux autres. Le dispositif arrière de retenue (26) est formé d'un élément inférieur rigide (36), prolongé à sa partie supérieure par un câble (37) et relié par une bielle (39) à la partie inférieure (7) du mât (6).
