[origin: JPH05192615A] PURPOSE: To minimize the loss of coating material and energy without disturbing the air flow in a spray chamber and to enable coating work with good quality by constituting the above device in such a manner that at least one spray mechanism is supported by first and second disks and is positioned to a material to be coated by the rotational operation of these disks. CONSTITUTION: This device has at least one piece of the spray mechanism 60 which is movable in a theoretical Y axis direction and is movable in a theoretical Z axis direction orthogonal with this Y axis and is provided with a first and second disks 4 and 32 on the same side as the outer side of the moving route of the material to be coated. The first disk 4 is arranged within the plane parallel to the Y axis and is rotatable with respect to a rotary axis 30 extending in the X direction intersecting orthogonally with the Y and Z axes. The second disk 32 is supported by the first disk 4 and is rotatable around a rotary axis 36 which is eccentric in parallel to the rotary axis 30 of the first disk 4. The device is provided with a drive mechanism for turning and rotating of both disks 4 and 32 relative to each other and the spray mechanism 60 is supported by the disks 4 and 32 and is position with respect to the material to be coated by their rotational movement.

Die Vorrichtung enthält mindestens eine Zerstäubervorrichtung (60), die längs einer theoretischen Z-Achse bewegbar ist, die zur Y-Achse rechtwinkelig verläuft, mindestens eine erste Scheibe (4), welche außerhalb des Bewegungsweges der zu beschichtenden Gegenstände in einer zur Y-Achse und zur Z-Achse parallelen Ebene angeordnet ist und um eine Drehachse (30) drehbar ist, die sowohl zur Y-Achse als auch zur Z-Achse rechtwinkelig ist und in einer theoretischen X-Achse verläuft; mindestens eine zweite Scheibe (32), welche von der ersten Scheibe (4) getragen wird und an der ersten Scheibe (4) zu deren Drehachse exzentrisch achsparallel versetzt und relativ zu ihr um eine parallele Drehachse (36) drehbar ist, sowie Antriebsvorrichtungen (22a, 28a) für aufeinander abgestimte Drehbewegungen der beiden Scheiben (4, 32). Die Sprühvorrichtung (60) wird von den Scheiben (4, 32) getragen und durch deren Drehbewegungen relativ zu dem zu beschichtenden Gegenstand positioniert. <IMAGE>
