[origin: JPH05222629A] PURPOSE: To exchange data without obstruction between automatic manipulating units movably supported on a rail for operating plural multiple position weaving machines and a controlling center. CONSTITUTION: This device for exchanging data is provided by performing the supply of an electrical driving energy to automatic manipulating units through a transmitting lead system 2 including many transmitting leads L1, L2, L3, PE and sliding contacts capable of moving with the automatic manipulating units. The transmitting lead system 2 includes 3 additional transmitting leads S1, S2, GND, to which sending/receiving devices of the controlling center and the sending/receiving devices of the automatic manipulating units A1, A2, A3 are connected through each of the additional sliding contacts. The data are sent in a shape of impulses, and each of the data impulses are supplied with opposite polarities simultaneously to 2 transmitting leads S1, S2, and only the received pulses having a prescribed minimum signal output are processed.

Eine Einrichtung zum Austausch von Daten zwischen mehreren, schienengebunden bewegbaren Automaten (A1, A2, A3) zur Bedienungen mehrerer Vielstellentextilmaschinen und einer Zentrale (Z), wobei die Zuführung elektrischer Antriebsenergie zu den Automaten über ein schienengebundes, mehrere Schleifleiter (L1, L2, L3, PE) enthaltendes Leitersystem (2) und mit den Automaten bewegbare Schleifkontakte erfolgt. Das schienengebundene Leitersystem (2) enthält drei zusätzliche Schleifleiter (S1, S2, GND), die ausschließlich zur Datenübertragung dienen und eine Ringleitung bilden, an welche die Sende/Empfangsvorrichtungen der Zentrale (Z) sowie die Sende/Empfangsvorrichtungen (ÜS1, ÜS2, ÜS3) der Automaten (A1, A2, A3) jeweils über zusätzliche Schleifkontakte angeschlossen sind. Die Daten werden von den Sendevorrichtungen in Form von Impulsen mit vorgegebener Impulsdauer und vorgebenem Abstand abgegeben, und jeder Datenimpuls wird gleichzeitig zwei Schleifleitern (S1, S2) mit entgegengesetzter Polarität zugeführt. Die Empfangsvorrichtungen sind so ausgebildet, daß nur ankommende Impulse ausgewertet werden, die gleichzeitig über beide Schleifleiter (S1, S2) empfangen werden und eine vorgegebene Mindestsignalleistung aufweisen. <IMAGE>
