[origin: EP0537108A2] A bag package for contents which can be heated by microwave treatment, comprises a shell part and, if appropriate, a bottom part made of flexible plastic film (1, 21), the front and rear side of the shell part and the possibly present bottom part being connected to one another by sealing seams (12, 13; 32, 33) so as to be resistant to separation, the shell part being formed by a plastic film which on the inside contains a sealing layer and the bag package having in the region of the upper closure of the shell part a removal aperture which is closed by a tear-off strip (8, 28) on flexible plastic film, the tear-off strip containing a tear-off layer on the inside and the tear-off strip being firmly connected via sealing seams to the insides of the shell part, and at least one sealing seam (14, 34) being at least partially easily tearable between the insides of the shell part and the tear-off strip and/or at least containing a tearing aid. <IMAGE>
