[origin: EP0537491A2] A mixing device for oil burners having a mixing pipe (1) with a front-side passage opening (3), which tapers to the front end. There are provided an annular baffle plate (10), arranged in front of the passage (3) in the direction of flow, with radial slots (12) and, situated in front of this in the front region, a frustoconical inner pipe (7) with a rear closure wall (8) and a front passage (15). Situated in the inner pipe (7) is a pressure pulveriser nozzle (4) and an ignition electrode (9).
