Abstract (en)
The stopper (1) contains as a tamper-proof safeguard a frangible securing ring (4) which surrounds the edge of the container mouth. The securing ring (4) is provided with an inwardly facing annular bead (15) which engages below an outer annular projection of the container. The stopper (1) has an olive-shaped boss (6) which engages in the container mouth in the clamping fit and a slide (3) which serves as child-resistant safeguard and can be pushed beyond the edge of the container mouth, when the tamper-proof securing ring (4) has been removed, in order to overcome the clamping fit in the container mouth. In order that the stopper (1) cannot be "levered off" from the container without damaging the securing ring (4), said securing ring (4), in addition to a cylindrical wall section, has a circular wall section (11) which is bent inwards by 90 DEG and is connected to the top part of the stopper via a circular intended tearing seam (13). A circumferential blocking section (5) of the securing ring (4) has a circular wall section of greater wall thickness which is not connected to the top piece and merges via a film hinge (14) into the cylindrical wall section. In the attachment position of the stopper (1), the freely ending circular wall section is inevitably folded up into the path of movement of the slide (3) so that the latter cannot be pushed forwards. In an attempt to "lever off" the stopper (1), the circular intended tearing seam (13) would inevitably be torn open. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Stopfen (1) enthält zur Originalitätssicherung einen abreißbaren Sicherungsring (4), der den Rand der Behälteröffnung umfaßt. Der Sicherungsring (4) ist mit einer nach innen weisenden Ringwulst (15) versehen, die einen äußeren Ringvorsprung des Behälters untergreift. Der Stopfen (1) hat eine sogenannte Olive (6), die im Klemmsitz in die Behälteröffnung eingreift, sowie einen der Kindersicherung dienenden Schieber (3), der nach Entfernung des Originalitäts-Sicherungsrings (4) über den Rand der Behälteröffnung hinaus vorschiebbar ist, um den Klemmsitz in der Behälteröffnung zu überwinden. Damit der Stopfen (1) nicht ohne Beschädigung des Sicherungsrings (4) von dem Behälter "abgehebelt" werden kann, hat der Sicherungsring (4) außer einem zylindrischen Wandabschnitt einen um 90° nach innen abgewinkelten, kreisringförmigen Wandabschnitt (11), der über eine kreisförmige Sollbruchnaht (13) mit dem Kopfteil des Stopfens verbunden ist. Ein Blockier-Umfangsabschnitt (5) des Sicherungsrings (4) hat einen kreisringförmigen Wandabschnitt größerer Wanddicke, der nicht mit dem Kopfstück verbunden ist und über ein Filmscharnier (14) in den zylindrischen Wandabschnitt übergeht. In der Befestigungslage des Stopfens (1) wird der frei endende kreisförmige Wandabschnitt zwangsläufig in die Bewegungsbahn des Schiebers (3) hochgeklappt, so daß dieser nicht vorgeschoben werden kann. Bei dem Versuch des "Abhebelns" des Stopfens (1) würde die kreisförmige Sollbruchnaht (13) zwangsläufig aufgerissen. <IMAGE>
