In a built-in ceiling lamp having a trough-shaped or box-shaped housing (1), there are arranged on the side walls (1a) thereof a plurality of pivoting arms (6, 6') which are each height adjustable by means of a screw rod (5). After pivoting outwards, said arms are supported on carrier sections (8a) of a suspended ceiling, in particular a strip ceiling (8), the pivoting arms (6, 6') of in each case one side wall (1a) being connected to one another by means of a support rail (7) which extends in the longitudinal direction of the housing (1) and is arranged capable of being pivoted outwards. Both the support rails (7) are constructed as a support element on carrier sections (8a) of the strip ceiling (8) which are situated transverse to the longitudinal axis of the lamp and arranged covered at a different spacing, and for the purpose of inserting the lamp can be folded together with the pivoting arms (6, 6') as far as against the respective side wall (1a) of the housing (1). <IMAGE>

Bei einer Deckeneinbauleuchte mit trog- oder kastenförmigem Gehäuse (1) sind an dessen Seitenwänden (1a) mehrere jeweils mittels einer Schraubspindel (5) höhenverstellbare Schwenkarme (6, 6') angeordnet. Diese stützen sich nach dem Ausschwenken auf Tragprofilen (8a) einer abgehängten Decke, insbesondere einer Paneeldecke (8) ab, wobei die Schwenkarme (6, 6') jeweils einer Seitenwand (1a) mittels einer in Längsrichtung des Gehäuses (1) verlaufenden, ausschwenkbar angeordneten Tragschiene (7) untereinander verbunden sind. Beide Tragschienen (7) sind als Stützelement auf quer zur Leuchtenlängsachse befindlichen, mit unterschiedlichem Abstand verdeckt angeordneten Tragprofilen (8a) der Paneeldecke (8) ausgebildet und lassen sich zum Einsetzen der Leuchte gemeinsam mit den Schwenkarmen (6, 6') bis an die jeweilige Seitenwand (1a) des Gehäuses (1) anklappen. <IMAGE>
