Abstract (en)
The packaging comprises a bottom (4), four sides (5, 6), two platforms (11) and two lugs (13). In accordance with the invention, the original blank for cutting-out is prepared by forming, at the end of the small sides (6) flat folds (21) intended to be integrated, by cold bonding and stapling, with the lugs (13) and intended to constitute reinforced corners (10). L'emballage comprend un fond (4), quatre côtés (5, 6), deux trottoirs (11) et deux oreilles (13). Conformément à l'invention, le flan brut de découpage est préparé en formant, en bout des petits côtés (6) des plis plats (21) destinés à être solidarisés, par collage à froid et agrafage, avec les oreilles (13) et à constituer des renforts d'angle (10). Le flan ainsi préparé est mis en volume et les grands côtés (5) sont solidarisés par collage à froid et/ou agrafage avec les renforts d'angle (13, 21). <IMAGE>
