[origin: EP0538114A1] Modular ducting element for distributing electrical power, composed of a box section in which are arranged busbars (3) for distributing electrical power, these being laterally accessible through distribution openings of the box section. <??>The box section includes two beams (8, 9) on either side of which are fixed two profiled strips (7), having a trough-shaped cross-section, the respective longitudinal edges (7B) of which are each elastically inserted into a longitudinal groove (10) of a beam, these profiled strips defining, between them and together with the beams, a longitudinal cavity in which the busbars (3) are fixed by means of blocks (6). A wedge (19) is forcibly inserted between one beam (9) and one end of a fixing block which is fixed against the other beam (8) by means of its other end in order to put the profiled strips under tension. <IMAGE>
