Abstract (en)

The trip device comprises a fixed core (20) adapted for mounting on a yoke (5), a moving core (24) capable of travelling between a position removed from the fixed core and a position brought close to the fixed core, and a trip rod (22) linked to the moving core and extending through a bore (21) in the fixed core. Its method of manufacture consists in producing the trip rod (22) by simultaneous moulding-in inside the fixed core (20) and inside the moving core (24) and in carrying out a debonding operation between the fixed core and the trip rod so as finally to detach the fixed core. <IMAGE>

Le déclencheur comprend un noyau fixe (20) adapté pour être monté sur une culasse (5), un noyau mobile (24) pouvant se déplacer entre une position éloignée du noyau fixe et une position rapprochée du noyau fixe, et une tige de déclenchement (22) reliée au noyau mobile et s'étendant au travers d'un alésage (21) du noyau fixe. Son procédé de fabrication consiste à réaliser la tige de déclenchement (22) par surmoulage simultané à l'intérieur du noyau fixe (20) et à l'intérieur du noyau mobile (24) et à effectuer une opération de décollage entre le noyau fixe et la tige de déclenchement afin de la désolidariser définitivement du noyau fixe. <IMAGE>
