Abstract (en)
A device transports bags between a filling station and a closing station. So that the filled bag (1) can be transferred in an exact orientation, the bag clamps (16) are arranged in a frame (7), of which the two end faces pointing in the direction of transport and the top side are open. The frame (7) is arranged so as to be capable of being raised and lowered on a carriage (9) movable between the filling station (2) and the closing station (4). The closing station (4) has an abutment (22), a closing jaw (23) movable towards the abutment (22) as well as a folding blade (20) mounted pivotably on one side. An upper edge-strip of the bag (1) is folded on to the front side of the bag (1) via the folding blade (20) and is adhesively bonded with the front side of the bag (1) in the clamping point between the abutment (22) and closing jaw (23). The clamping plane of the abutment (22) and closing jaw (23) is arranged essentially vertically. Furthermore, the folding blade (20) is pressed against the abutment (22, 22a), with a bag portion interposed. The closing jaw (23) grips the upper edge-strip of the bag (1) and folds it round on to the front side of the bag (1) via the folding blade (20). <IMAGE>

Eine Vorrichtung transportiert Säcke zwischen einer Füllstation und einer Verschlußstation. Um den gefüllten Sack (1) in exakter Ausrichtung übergeben zu können, sind die Sackklemmen (16) in einem Gestell (7) angeordnet, dessen beide in Transportrichtung weisenden Stirnseiten sowie dessen Oberseite offen sind. Das Gestell (7) ist heb- und senkbar auf einem zwischen der Füllstation (2) und der Verschlußstation (4) verfahrbaren Wagen (9) angeordnet. Die Verschlußstation (4) verfügt über ein Widerlager (22), eine gegen das Widerlager (22) bewegbare Verschlußbacke (23) sowie über ein einseitig schwenkbar gelagertes Faltschwert (20). Ein oberer Randstreifen des Sackes (1) wird über das Faltschwert (20) auf die Vorderseite des Sackes (1) gefaltet und in der Einspannung zwischen Widerlager (22) und Verschlußbacke (23) mit der Vorderseite des Sackes (1) verklebt. Die Einspannebene von Widerlager (22) und Verschlußbacke (23) ist im wesentlichen vertikal angeordnet. Ferner wird das Faltschwert (20) unter Zwischenschaltung eines Sackabschnitts gegen das Widerlager (22,22a) gedrückt. Die Verschlußbacke (23) erfaßt den oberen Randstreifen des Sackes (1) und klappt ihn über das Faltschwert (20) auf die Vorderseite des Sackes (1) um. <IMAGE>
