The invention relates to a snap-on container closure (V) having a lid closure part (4) and a holder part (5), a pivoting cam (8) being formed on the lid closure part (4), the holder part (5) being deflectable in a spring-type manner to achieve the snap-on effect, and the deflection being achieved in the course of an opening or closing movement of the lid closure part (4) by the pivoting cam (8) being supported on an abutment (10). To achieve a constructionally more favourable spring effect and loading and a lid closure association which secures the open position in an improved manner, it is proposed that, in the container closure (V) produced integrally by injection moulding, a spring tongue (12) is constructed on the holder part (5), via which spring tongue the lid closure part (4) is connected by means of a film hinge, and that the pivoting cam (8) is constructed on the side of the film hinge. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälterverschluß (V) mit Schnappeffekt, mit einem Deckelverschlußteil (4) und einem Halterungsteil (5), wobei an dem Deckelverschlußteil (4) ein Schwenknocken (8) ausgebildet ist, das Halterungsteil (5) zur Erzielung des Schnappeffekts federartig auslenkbar ist und die Auslenkung im Zuge einer Öffnungs- oder Schließbewegung des Deckelverschlußteils (4) durch Abstützung des Schwenknockens (8) an einer Gegenanlage (10) erzielt ist, und schlägt zur Erzielung einer baulich günstigeren Federwirkung undbelastung sowie die Öffnungsstellung besser sichernden Deckelverschluß-Zuordnung vor, daß bei dem einstückig im Kunststoffspritzverfahren hergestellten Behälterverschluß (V) an dem Halterungsteil (5) eine Federzunge (12) ausgebildet ist, über welche das Deckelverschlußteil (4) mittels eines Filmscharniers verbunden ist, und daß der Schwenknocken (8) seitlich des Filmscharniers ausgebildet ist. <IMAGE>
