Abstract (en)
On a goods wagon, a loading platform (1) is arranged between two pairs of perpendicular guides (2) facing one another. Two pairs of platform bearings (11) are mounted on the loading platform (1). In each of the guides (2), a guide bolt (7) is guided. With a pair of the platform bearings (11), the loading platform (1) is mounted on a pair of the guide bolts (7) so as to be capable of pivoting about a first horizontal transverse axis. With the other pair of platform bearings (11), the loading platform (1) is mounted on a pair of pendulum supports (13) which can be pivoted on in each case one of the other guide bolts (7) about a second horizontal transverse axis. The loading platform (1) can be moved out of an oblique loading and unloading position into a horizontal transport position, the pendulum support (13) being capable of being moved beyond a dead centre (15) at which they are in a perpendicular position. At the same time, forces which act in the longitudinal direction of the goods wagon and clamp the guide bolts (7) to the guides (2) are produced. As a result, shocks which occur during transport are prevented from causing wear to the guides (2) and noises. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
An einem Güterwagen ist eine Ladebühne (1) zwischen zwei Paar einander zugewandter, senkrechter Führungen (2) angeordnet. An der Ladebühne (1) sind zwei Paar Bühnenlager (11) befestigt. In jeder der Führungen (2) ist ein Führungsbolzen (7) geführt. Mit einem Paar der Bühnenlager (11) ist die Ladebühne (1) auf einem Paar der Führungsbolzen (7) um eine erste waagerechte Querachse schwenkbar gelagert. Mit dem anderen Paar Bühnenlager (11) ist die Ladebühne (1) auf einem Paar Pendelstützen (13) gelagert, die auf je einem der übrigen Führungsbolzen (7) um eine zweite waagerechte Querachse schwenkbar sind. Die Ladebühne (1) ist aus einer schrägen Be- und Entladestellung in eine waagerechte Transportstellung bewegbar, wobei die Pendelstützen (13) über einen Totpunkt (15), an dem sie senkrecht stehen, hinwegbewegbar sind. Dabei entstehen in Längsrichtung des Güterwagens wirkende Kräfte, welche die Führungsbolzen (7) mit den Führungen (2) verspannen. Dadurch wird vermieden, daß beim Transport auftretende Erschütterungen Verschleiß an den Führungen (2) sowie Geräusche entstehen lassen. <IMAGE>
