Abstract (en)
A description is given of a cross-connection for profiled bars provided with undercut longitudinal grooves, the end side of one bar being placed flush against a longitudinal side of the other and said profiled bars having aligned longitudinal grooves. A cross-connection of this type has tension members which respectively, on the one hand, engage by means of a shaped head into the groove of the other bar and, on the other hand, are supported, by means of a pressure screw which is inclined with respect to the longitudinal axis of the first bar and acts with a force component in the longitudinal direction of this bar, on an anchor part which projects into the longitudinal groove of said first bar. In order to achieve a higher mechanical loadability by enlarging the frictionally locking surfaces of the connection members, the anchor part has an element which rests on the base of the longitudinal groove of the first bar, engages by means of a transversely projecting pin into a bore on the groove base and has an inclined support surface, located approximately perpendicularly to the axis of the pressure screw, on the end side directed away from the second bar. Furthermore, the tension member has an inner side which is adapted to the contour of the element of the anchor part and by means of which said tension member engages over the element of the anchor part with alternating support. <IMAGE>

Eine solche Querverbindung von mit hinterschnittenen Längsnuten versehenen Profilstäben, von denen der eine mit seiner Stirnseite auf einer Längsseite des anderen stumpf aufgesetzt ist, wobei die Profilstäbe fluchtende Längsnuten haben, weist Zugglieder auf, die jeweils einerseits mit einem Formkopf in die Nut des anderen Stabes eingreifen und sich andererseits mittels einer zur Längsachse des ersten Stabes geneigten, mit einer Kraftkomponente in Längsrichtung dieses Stabes wirkenden Druckschraube auf einem in dessen Längsnut vorstehenden Ankerteil abstützen. Um durch Vergrößerung der Kraftschlußflächen der Verbindungsglieder eine höhere mechanische Belastbarkeit zu erreichen, hat das Ankerteil einen auf dem Grund der Längsnut des ersten Stabes aufsitzenden, mit einem quer vorstehenden Zapfen in eine Bohrung am Nutgrund eingreifenden Körper mit einer geneigten, etwa senkrecht zur Achse der Druckschraube liegenden Stützfläche an der dem zweiten Stab abgewandten Stirnseite. Ferner hat das Zugglied eine an die Kontur des Körpers des Ankerteils angepaßte Innenseite, mit der es unter wechselseitiger Abstützung den Körper des Ankerteils übergreift. <IMAGE>
