[origin: EP0539865A1] The supply of exchangeable transportable money containers to a cash register, the container case being provided with a lock controlled by the cash register and intended for locking and opening the money container, is to be carried out quickly and in a simple way by the attendant. There is proposed a housing for supplying and locking such money containers, which consists of a baseplate 1 with a plurality of short guide faces extending perpendicularly to the front of the cash register, arranged offset relative to one another and formed from perpendicular anglings 3; 4; 5 of the bottom plate 2. The side walls 12; 13 of a covering hood 9 to the switching electronics of the lock are provided as further guide faces which constitute a positive guide for attaching the container case to the housing. The guide faces of the housing assigned to the middle region of the container case fit with corresponding guide faces in the container case which are formed by recesses. <IMAGE>
