Abstract (en)
A quick coupling device for fastening an implement (12) to the two lifting arms (16) of a loader (10) is described in which the part of the quick coupling device (14) fastened to the loader (10) has two supporting parts (20) orientated essentially parallel to one another and vertically, the bottom areas of which are each pivotably connected to the front end of the associated lifting arm (16) and on the top areas of which one hydraulic actuating device (40) each acts for performing the pivoting movement. Further parts of the quick coupling device (14) are fastened to the rear side of the implement (12). For easy mounting of implements on the loader arms and in order to permit standardization, it is proposed that two hooks (46) spaced apart transversely and opening downwards be fastened in the top area of the rear side of the implement (12) and that two pins (56) orientated to the rear be fastened in the bottom area of the rear side of the implement (12), which pins (56) are essentially located below the hooks (46). The top area of each supporting part (20) is adapted to the associated hook (46) in such a way that it can be accommodated by the latter. The bottom area of each supporting part (20) contains a fastening plate (28) with a recess (30) for accommodating the corresponding pin (56). Furthermore, releasable fastening means (58) are provided for holding the pin (56) in place in the recess (30). <IMAGE>

Es wird eine Schnellbefestigungseinrichtung zur Befestigung eines Arbeitsgeräts (12) an den beiden Hubarmen (16) eines Laders (10) beschrieben, bei dem der an dem Lader (10) befestigte Teil der Schnellbefestigungseinrichtung (14) zwei im wesentlichen parallel zueinander und aufrecht ausgerichtete Tragteile (20) aufweist, deren untere Bereiche jeweils mit dem vorderen Ende des zugehörigen Hubarms (16) verschwenkbar verbunden sind und an deren oberen Bereichen je eine hydraulische Betätigungseinrichtung (40) zur Ausführung der Schwenkbewegung angreift. Weitere Teile der Schnellbefestigungseinrichtung (14) sind an der Rückseite des Arbeitsgeräts (12) befestigt. Für eine leichte Montage von Arbeitsgeräten an den Laderarmen und um eine Standardisierung zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß im oberen Bereich der Rückseite des Arbeitsgeräts (12) zwei quer zueinander beabstandete, sich nach unten öffnende Haken (46) und im unteren Bereich der Rückseite des Arbeitsgeräts (12) zwei nach hinten ausgerichtete Zapfen (56) befestigt sind, die sich im wesentlichen unterhalb der Haken (46) befinden. Der obere Bereich jedes Tragteils (20) ist dem zugehörigen Haken (46) derart angepaßt, daß er von diesem aufgenommen werden kann. Der untere Bereich jedes Tragteils (20) enthält eine Befestigungsplatte (28) mit einer Ausnehmung (30) zur Aufnahme des entsprechenden Zapfens (56). Ferner sind lösbare Befestigungsmittel (58) zum Festhalten des Zapfens (56) in der Ausnehmung (30) vorgesehen. <IMAGE>
