In the case of a surface-heating element, consisting of heating wires which are arranged essentially parallel, are electrically connected at their ends and/or bend points to power-supply conductors and are embedded in a textile base material, it is intended to make possible uniform heating of the entire heating-up element surface, while at the same time increasing the flexibility. This is achieved in that the heating conductors (1) run in a sinusoidal shape over gauze threads (2) of a knitted base material, as weft threads, and are bonded into the gauze of the textile base material at least at the maxima of the amplitudes, the power-supply conductors (3) being arranged as a contact strip (4) on the mutually opposite periodic edges (5) at right angles to the axis of the sinusoid, and each heating conductor (1) being electrically conductively connected to each contact conductor. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem Flächenheizelement, bestehend aus im wesentlichen parallel angeordneten Heizdrähten, die an ihren Enden und/oder Umlenkstellen mit Stromzuführungsleitern elektrisch verbunden sind und die in ein textiles Grundmaterial eingebettet sind, soll eine gleichmäßige Erhitzung der gesamten Heizelementfläche bei gleichzeitiger Erhöhung der Flexibilität ermöglicht werden. Dies geschieht dadurch, daß die Heizleiter (1) als Schußfaden sinusförmig über Maschenfäden (2) eines gewirkten Grundmaterials verlaufen und zumindest an den Maxima der Amplituden in die Maschen des textilen Grundmaterials eingebunden sind, wobei die Stromzuführungsleiter (3) als Kontaktleiste (4) an den sich gegenüberliegenden Rapportkanten (5) rechtwinklig zur Sinusachse angeordnet sind und jeder Heizleiter (1) mit jedem Kontaktleiter elektrisch leitend verbunden ist. <IMAGE>
