[origin: EP0541972A1] A container comprises a tubular film 11 for flowable products. The opened tubular film can be placed in a cylindrical housing 31 between a cap 33 and a displaceable plunger 32. At the end of the tubular film 11 facing the cap 33, said tubular film is provided with a ring 20 which has a conical sealing surface 21. When the contents of the tubular film 11 are discharged by advancing the plunger 32, said sealing surface 21 is pressed against a counter-surface 35 of the cap 33 which surrounds the discharge aperture 34. The contents of the tubular film 11 are thus prevented from leaking onto the inside wall of the housing. <IMAGE>
