Abstract (en)

The invention relates to a hybrid yarn made of reinforcing fibres and matrix-forming thermoplastic fibres of low-viscosity polyamide, in which the individual filaments of the two fibre types are mixed, and which is overwrapped with a further polyamide yarn. It also relates to laid fabrics, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, braided fabrics and wound packages of this hybrid yarn and also fibre composite materials prepared by consolidation thereof.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hybridgarn aus Verstärkungsfasern und matrixbildenden Thermoplastfasern aus niedrigviskosem Polyamid, in dem die Einzelfilamente der beiden Faserarten vermischt sind, und welches mit einem weiteren Polyamidgarn umwickelt ist. Sie betrifft ferner Gelege, Gewebe, Gewirke, Geflechte und Wickelkörper aus diesem Hybridgarn sowie daraus durch Konsolidieren hergestellte Faserverbundwerkstoffe.
