The pallet-mounted container (1) for transporting and for storing liquids has a collapsible outer shell (2), which is releasably attached to a pallet (12) and consists of a metal lattice work, and a support insert (5) which rests against the outer shell (2) and can be folded together for the thin-walled plastic inner container (6). The plastic inner container (6) consists of a rigid, dimensionally stable lower part and a flexible upper part which can be inserted in the lower part for stacking and transporting purposes. For the purposes of empty transportation, the pallet-mounted container (1) can be dismantled easily and quickly and fitted together to form a space-saving transport unit. Without the plastic inner container (6) the pallet-mounted container (1) can be used for transporting and for storing unit loads and semi-finished products of various types. <IMAGE>

Der Palettenbehälter (1) zum Transport und zur Lagerung von Flüssigkeiten weist einen zusammenlegbaren, auf einer Palette (12) lösbar befestigten Außenmantel (2) aus einem Metallgitterwerk und einen an dem Außenmantel (2) anliegenden, zusammenfaltbaren Stützeinsatz (5) für den dünnwandigen Kunststoff-Innenbehälter (6) auf. Der Kunststoff-Innenbehälter (6) besteht aus einem steifen, formhaltigen Unterteil und einem zu Stapel- und Transportzwecken in das Unterteil einstülpbaren, flexiblen Oberteil. Der Palettenbehälter (1) kann zu Leertransportzwecken leicht und schnell zerlegt und zu einer raumsparenden Transporteinheit zusammengestellt werden. Ohne den Kunststoff-Innenbehälter (6) kann der Palettenbehälter (1) zum Transport und zur Lagerung von Stückgut und Halbzeug unterschiedlicher Art verwendet werden. <IMAGE>
