The screwing elements of the screw (5) are made up of a component (9) acting as a nut (made of plastic, passed through by the screw (5) and provided with two transverse and opposite journals (11 and 12)), which tilts when its journals (11 and 12) come to be housed in two short cylindrical sleeves (13 and 14); located according to a transverse axis, these sleeves (13 and 14) are directed towards the internal part, and respectively arranged on the upper ends of two sides (2b and 2c), which are parallel and located on vertical planes, of the rear lower arm (2) of the parallelogram; the two cylindrical sleeves (13 and 14), in turn, pass through two circular orifices (15 and 16) opening respectively on each of the end flanges (1b and 1c), which are parallel and located vertically, of the arm (1) carrying the stirrup piece (7), at the opposite end to the latter. <IMAGE>
