The dismantleable construction such as a hall, canopy, tent or the like comprises a rigid structure (2) forming a framework, covered with dismantleable panels (3, 4, 5), made of a flexible material forming, in particular, the roofing (6). In order to avoid overdesigning the sections forming the rigid structure with a view to enabling the latter to resist the abovementioned overloads caused by snowfall, the said dismantleable panels (3, 4) forming the roofing (6) comprise an electrical infrared heating device (8) formed by a network (10) of conducting elements (11, 11A, 11B) taking on the configuration of a strip (17, 18) in order to ensure that the heat is diffused, these conducting elements (11, 11A, 11B) having, on the side inside the dismantleable construction (1), reflecting means (20) and, at their sides facing towards the outside of this dismantleable construction (1), an emissive black film (21). <IMAGE>

Construction démontable telle que hall, chapiteau, tente ou analogue comporte une structure rigide (2) formant ossature, recouverte de panneaux démontables (3, 4, 5), conçus en un matériau souple constituant, notamment, la toiture (6). De manière à éviter de surdimensionner les profilés composant la structure rigide en vue de permettre à cette dernière de résister aux surcharges mentionnées que procure la chute de neige, lesdits panneaux démontables (3, 4) formant la toiture (6) comportent un dispositif de chauffage électrique à infra-rouge (8) constitué par un réseau (10) d'éléments conducteurs (11, 11A, 11B) empruntant la configuration d'une bande (17, 18) pour assurer la diffusion de la chaleur, ces éléments conducteurs (11, 11A, 11B) présentant, du côté interne à la construction démontable (1), des moyens réflecteurs (20) et, au niveau de leurs côtés orientés vers l'extérieur de cette construction démontable (1), un film noir émissif (21). <IMAGE>
