An abrasive disc (1) for lapping machines with improved locking means comprises a disc body (2) having a central hole and supporting, on a face thereof, an abrasive material annular region (5), wherein the abrasive disc further comprises, at the hole, at least a threaded portion (10) provided for engaging with the threaded end piece or spigot of a lapping machine for locking or engaging the abrasive disc (1) to the lapping machine itself. <IMAGE>
