Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a clip binder for unperforated sheets of paper (30), having a front cover and a back cover (14, 18) in each case articulated on a binder spine (10), and having a clamp (22) which is substantially U-shaped in cross-section and is capable of limited displacement transversely to the binder spine (10) between a release position and a clamping position. The front leg (26) of the clamp can be pushed, by means of a clamping rib (28) projecting towards the rear clamping leg (24) and with intermediate clamping of the sheets of paper (30), onto a push-on tongue (34) arranged in the region of a cut-away (32) situated in the front cover (14) and partly engaging over the sheets of paper (30). In order to permit particularly simple manufacture of the clip binder, for example from a one-piece blank of cardboard material, the push-on tongue (34) is moulded on by its root (36) on the front cover (14) at a distance from the spine edge (12) thereof and, from there, engages over the cut-away (32) present in the front cover (14), towards the binder spine (10). Furthermore, the limiting stop (38) is arranged on the side of the free end of the push-on tongue (34) facing away from the back cover (18). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Klemmhefter für ungelochtes Schriftgut (30) mit je einem an einem Hefterrücken (10) angelenkten Vorder- und Rückdeckel (14, 18) und einer quer zum Hefterrücken (10) zwischen einer Freigabestellung und einer Klemmstellung begrenzt verschiebbaren, im Querschnitt im wesentlichen U-förmigen Klammer (22). Der vordere Schenkel (26) der Klammer ist mit einer zum hinteren Klammerschenkel (24) hin überstehenden Klemmrippe (28) unter Zwischenklemmen des Schriftguts (30) auf eine im Bereich eines im Vorderdeckel (14) befindlichen Freischnitts (32) angeordnete, das Schriftgut (30) teilweise übergreifende Aufschiebezunge (34) aufschiebbar. Um eine besonders einfache Herstellung des Klemmhefters beispielsweise aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt aus Pappmaterial zu ermöglichen, ist die Aufschiebezunge (34) mit ihrer Wurzel (36) am Vorderdeckel (14) im Abstand von dessen Rückkante (12) angeformt und übergreift von dort aus den im Vorderdeckel (14) befindlichen Freischnitt (32) in Richtung Hefterrücken (10). Weiter ist der Begrenzungsanschlag (38) auf der dem Rückdeckel (18) abgewandten Seite des freien Endes der Aufschiebezunge (34) angeordnet. <IMAGE>
