Improvements to electrical connectors comprising a male connector-shell element (6) and a female connector-shell element (1), one of the said connector-shell elements being provided with a pin to which is hinged a locking lever (14), with flanges (15) and having a cam (16) intended to interact with a stud (4) of the other element so that the pivoting of the lever in one direction tends to engage the male element (6) into the female element (1), while the pivoting in the opposite direction tends to move the two said elements away from each other, characterised in that the element (6) to which the lever (14) is hinged includes, on its face facing the web (central part) (17) of the said lever (14), a flexible leg (lug) (21) intended to interact with the web (central part) (17), the said element including means for receiving a movable key (29) intended to interact with the flexible leg (lug) in order to prevent the latter from bending. <IMAGE>

Perfectionnements aux connecteurs électriques comprenant un élément de boîtier mâle (6) et un élément de boîtier femelle (1), l'un desdits éléments de boîtier étant pourvu d'un axe sur lequel s'articule un levier (14) de verrouillage, avec des ailes (15) et présentant une came (16) destinée à coopérer avec un ergot (4) de l'autre élément de manière que le pivotement du levier dans un sens tende à engager l'élément mâle (6) dans l'élément femelle (1), tandis que le pivotement dans le sens opposé tende à écarter l'un de l'autre les deux dits éléments, caractérisés en ce que l'élément (6) sur lequel est articulé le levier (14) comporte, sur sa face tournée en regard de l'âme (17) dudit levier (14), une patte flexible (21) destinée à coopérer avec l'âme (17), ledit élément comportant des moyens de réception d'une clavette mobile (29) destinée à coopérer avec la patte flexible pour s'opposer a un fléchissement de celle-ci. <IMAGE>
