Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a filter pipe for dewatering during the compaction of fresh concrete or similar mixtures, especially for the prefabrication of large concrete elements, for example for construction of living accommodation. A control slide pipe (4) is arranged in the filter pipe (3), bears on the inside wall of the filter pipe and can be displaced along the axis of the pipe and can be pulled out through the shuttering (1). By means of the control slide pipes, the sequence and degree of dewatering can be adjusted in sections to the shape of the concrete element. The concrete element receives a very compact, virtually pore-free structure, and therefore a high degree of durability. The shuttering can be partly removed immediately after compaction of the element. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Filterrohr zur Entwässerung während der Verdichtung des Frischbetons oder ähnlicher Gemische, insbesondere für die Vorfertigung von großen Betonelementen, beispielsweise für den Wohnungsbau. Im Filterrohr (3) ist ein Steuerschieberrohr (4) angeordnet, das an der Innenwand des Filterrohres anliegt sowie entlang der Rohrachse verschiebbar und durch die Schalung (1) herausziehbar ist. Mit den Steuerschieberrohren können Reihenfolge und Grad der Entwässerung abschnittsweise auf die Geometrie des Betonelements eingestellt werden. Das Betonelement erhält eine sehr dichte, nahezu porenfreie Struktur und damit eine hohe Dauerbeständigkeit. Es kann unmittelbar nach seiner Verdichtung teilentschalt werden. <IMAGE>
