Abstract (en)
A filling device (10') for gas bottle valves, in particular for acetylene gas bottles, consists of: a housing (11') with a filling inlet (12') and an integrally formed bottle-valve attaching and holding portion (14') in which a filling outlet is formed, a bottle-valve connecting-piston sleeve (22') mounted in the housing (11') in a sealed manner, displaceable against a spring (41') and having a valve body (23') which is preloaded in its sealing position by a spring (44') and has a passage and by which a filling passage through the housing can be cleared after attaching the filling device to a gas bottle valve, and a device holding the connecting-piston sleeve in its position before and after the attachment of the filling device to a gas bottle valve. In a preferred development, the device holding the connecting-piston sleeve in its position includes an eccentric actuating means (60) with an allocated index device (74) to prevent unintentional adjustment. The filling device can be manipulated safely and reliably even by inexperienced personnel. <IMAGE>

Ein Füllanschluß (10') für Gasflaschenventile, insbesondere von Acetylenflaschen, besteht aus: einem Gehäuse (11') mit einem Fülleinlaß (12') und mit einer Flaschenventilansetz- und -halteanformung (14'), in der ein Füllauslaß gebildet ist, einer in dem Gehäuse (11') abgedichtet gelagerten und gegen eine Feder (41') verschiebbaren Flaschenventil-Anschlußkolbenhülse (22') mit einem in seine Dichtstellung durch eine Feder (44') vorgespannten, einen Durchlaß aufweisenden Ventilkörper (23') durch den nach Anbringen des Füllanschlusses an ein Gasflaschenventil ein Fülldurchlaß durch das Gehäuse freigebbar ist, und aus einer die Anschlußkolbenhülse in ihrer Stellung vor und nach dem Anbringen des Füllanschlusses an ein Gasflaschenventil haltende Einrichtung. Zu der die Anschlußkolbenhülse in ihrer Stellung haltenden Einrichtung gehört nach einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung eine Exzenterbetätigung (60) mit einer zugeordneten Index-Einrichtung (74) gegen unbeabsichtigtes Verstellen. Der Füllanschluß ist sicher und zuverlässig auch von Nichtfachleuten zu handhaben. <IMAGE>
