[origin: EP0545755A1] The dispensing device comprises a closure cap fitted with a dispensing opening (6), the said cap comprising a closure means substantially in the shape of a stirrup (6), comprising two arms (7) joined by a crosspiece (9), one zone of which is used to close the said opening (3), the said arms being fitted, towards their ends away from the crosspiece, with means (A) for articulation on a part fixed to the container (1); these articulation means (A) are arranged in order to allow movement of the stirrup piece (6) along the axial direction (X-X), in order to separate the crosspiece (9) from the said opening (3). The device comprises cam means (C), provided between the arms (7) of the stirrup piece (6), and a part integral with the container, which can cause the abovementioned movement of the stirrup piece (6) along the axial direction (X-X); the articulation means (A) of the stirrup piece (6) comprise, for each arm, a spindle (16) of non-circular cross section which can interact with a window (17), so that, whatever the angular position of the spindle, sufficiently close contact is produced between the spindle (16) and the internal surface of the window (17), in order to prevent any shaking of the stirrup piece relative to the container, whilst allowing the abovementioned movement along the axial direction. <IMAGE>
