Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a locking device for a casing (1) containing pyrotechnic materials. With inflammation means (4) being in position to inflame the pyrotechnic materials (2), this inflammation is caused by the activation of the inflammation means (4). As long as the inflammation means (4) have not been activated, the casing (1) is kept fixed to a closing element (3) solely by first locking means (5, 6), in such a way that, for internal pressures of the casing (1) higher than a given pressure (Po), the casing is detached from the closing element (3). As soon as the inflammation means (4) have been activated, the casing (1) is kept fixed to the closing element (3) by second locking means (7, 8) at internal pressures of the casing (1) higher than the given pressure (Po). The invention is used for reducing the dangerous effects caused by the accidental activation of pyrotechnic materials contained in a confining casing. <IMAGE>

L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif de verrouillage d'une enveloppe (1) contenant des matières pyrotechniques. Des moyens d'inflammation (4) étant en position pour enflammer les matières pyrotechniques (2), cette inflammation est provoquée par l'activation des moyens d'inflammation (4). Tant que les moyens d'inflammation (4) n'ont pas été activés, l'enveloppe (1) est maintenue solidaire d'une élément de fermeture (3) uniquement par des premiers moyens de verrouillage (5, 6) de telle façon que pour des pressions internes de l'enveloppe (1) supérieures à une pression donnée (Po), l'enveloppe se désolidarise de l'élément de fermeture (3). Dès que les moyens d'inflammation (4) ont été activés, l'enveloppe 1 est maintenue solidaire de l'élément de fermeture (3) par des seconds moyens de verrouillage (7, 8) pour des pressions internes de l'enveloppe (1) supérieures à la pression donnée (Po). Application : réduction des effets dangereux provoqués par activation accidentelle de matières pyrotechniques contenues dans une enveloppe de confinement. <IMAGE>
