Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a continuous ribbon provided with heat-shrinkable sleeves intended to receive markings by printing, in particular by means of a dot-matrix printer. The heat-shrinkable sleeves (3) are flattened and fixed in windows (5) of a support ribbon (2) having perforations (4) in order to drive it into the printer. The sleeves (3) are fixed by means of one or more adhesive tapes (7) to which the longitudinal and/or transverse edges of the sleeves are bonded. The support ribbon (2) can be made of paper. Application to heat-shrinkable sleeves intended for carrying individual codes for marking or identifying cables of any type. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne une bande continue pourvue de gaines thermorétractables destinées à recevoir des marquages par impression, notamment au moyen d'une imprimante matricielle. Les gaines thermorétractables (3) sont aplaties et fixées dans des fenêtres (5) d'une bande de support (2) ayant des perforations (4) pour son entraînement dans l'imprimante. Les gaines (3) sont fixées au moyen d'un ou plusieurs rubans adhésifs (7) auxquels sont collés les bords longitudinaux et/ou transversaux des gaines. La bande de support (2) peut être en papier. Application aux gaines thermorétractables destinées à porter des codes individuels pour repérer ou identifier des câbles de toute nature. <IMAGE>
