[origin: WO9300686A1] In known multilayered insulating foils having at least one plastic foil and at least a surface insulator made of fibrous material, the individual layers are interconnected with glue. The disadvantage of such a composite material is its sensitivity to hydrolysis. When the plastic foil of the electrically insulating foil is a hydrolysis-resistant thermoplastic foil and the multilayered insulating foil is produced under an appropriate pressure and at an appropriately high temperature, the thermoplastic foil acts as a hot-melt-type adhesive. The composite keeps therefore together even without glue and is hydrolysis-resistant.

Dans des feuilles isolantes multicouches de type connu, comportant au moins une feuille plastique et au moins une matière isolante superficielle en matière fibreuse, la liaison entre les différentes couches est réalisée à l'aide d'une colle. La sensibilité à l'hydrolyse d'un tel composé présente des inconvénients. Si la feuille thermoplastique de la feuille électriquement isolante est une feuille thermoplastique résistant à l'hydrolyse et si la feuille isolante multicouche est fabriquée à une pression et à une température adéquates, la feuille thermoplastique agit comme une colle à fusible. Par conséquent, le composite peut se passer de colle et résiste à l'hydrolyse.
