Abstract (en)
Four lever units (6, 6A; 7, 7A; 8, 8A, 9, 9A) are articulated to the connecting rod arrangement (4, 5) via a common bolt (21). Each lever unit pushes a pusher rod (14, 15, 16, 17) of the punch press. The pusher rods (14, 15, 16, 17) are arranged in a rectangle. As a result of this, considerable eccentric loads can be accommodated and the punch press can be considerably smaller for a given press output. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
An der Pleuelanordnung (4,5) sind über einen gemeinsamen Bolzen (21) vier Hebeleinheiten (6,6A;7,7A;8, 8A,9,9A) angelenkt. Jede Hebeleinheit treibt einen Stössel (14,15,16,17) der Stanzpresse. Die Stössel (14,15,16, 17) sind im Viereck angeordnet. Damit können beträchtliche aussermittige Belastungen aufgenommen werden und die Stanzpresse für eine gegebene Pressenleistung beträchtlich kleiner gebaut werden. <IMAGE>
