[origin: JPH05272051A] PURPOSE: To enable color characteristics to be amended by measuring the color characteristics of a belt material at the positions before and after a dye-fixing device connected to the rear part of a foulard vessel by a same color characteristic-detecting assembly when carrying out the dyeing by using the dyeing foulard vessel. CONSTITUTION: A textile belt material 1 is guided through a guide roller 2 and a dipping roller 3 into a dye liquid bath 5 in a foulard vessel 4 so as to penetrate a dye liquid bath 5, and dehydrated by the mutual pressing pressure of both rollers 8 of a squeezer 6 to a moist valve expressed by an initial moisture. The belt material 1 is traveled in a drying and dye-fixing device 13 via a color characteristic-detecting assembly 10 and a moisture-measuring device 11, and guided through a deflection roller 14 to a roller pair. The dried and fixed belt material fraction 16 is positioned in parallel to a belt material fraction 17 between rollers 15 and between the squeezer 6 and the dye-fixing device 13, and at the same distance from the detecting head part 21 of the color characteristic-detecting assembly 10. The detected and measured results by the color characteristic-detecting assembly 10 and the moisture-measuring device 11 are fed to a computer 23 and the squeezer 6 is thereby controlled.

Um beim Färben mit einem Färbefoulard Fehlfärbungen infolge unterschiedlichen Stoffbahnverhaltens und/oder unterschiedlicher Farbtypen frühzeitig zu erkennen und korrigierend in die Arbeit des Foulards einzugreifen, wird die Farbe der Stoffbahn (1) vor und nach einer dem Foulard nachgeschalteten Trocken- bzw. Farbfixiereinrichtung (13) mit Hilfe ein und desselben Farbmeßgeräts (10) jeweils unmittelbar gemessen. Das Meßergebnis wird zur Steuerung des Quetschwerks (6) des Foulards und zur Korrektur der zugehörigen Programmierung herangezogen. <IMAGE>
