Abstract (en)
An adhesive application apparatus having a transfer roll is provided with a uniform glue application and set against a formatting roll (14) in such a manner that the application elements (13) distributed over the circumference of the formatting roll (14) receive formatted glue applications and transfer them to workpieces to be glued. In order to prevent the glue thrown off the application elements (13) soiling the apparatus and being lost, there is mounted, in front of the transfer roll (1) in the direction of rotation of the formatting roll (14), a collecting roll (2) which together with the transfer roll (1) forms a trough-shaped roll nip (single diagrammatic figure). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Klebstoffauftragsvorrichtung mit einer Übertragungswalze wird mit einem gleichmäßigen Leimauftrag versehen und derart an eine Formatwalze (14) angestellt, daß deren über den Umfang verteilte Auftragselemente (13) formatmäßige Leimaufträge übernehmen und auf zu beleimende Werkstücke übertragen. Um zu verhindern, daß von den Auftragselementen (13) abgeschleuderter Leim die Vorrichtung verschmutzt und verloren geht, ist in Drehrichtung der Formatwalze (14) vor der Übertragungswalze (1) eine Auffangwalze (2) gelagert, die mit der Übertragungswalze (1) einen wannenförmigen Walzenspalt bildet (einzige Zeichnungsfigur). <IMAGE>
