Abstract (en)

The invention relates to a quick-clamping tool (2) for hot forging presses, in which - in contrast to the prior art - the upper part (15) of the basic holder and the lower part (16) of the basic holder are tightened from the inside outwards. This gives more space for the accommodation of tools. In addition, this gives a very compact construction which can be protected in an optimum manner against dirt. The quick-clamping tool (2) according to the invention allows considerably reduced set-up times compared to the prior art. It can be changed by means of a fork-lift truck, an elevating truck, a changing truck (52) or by means of lifting gear without needing to be raised by way of centring shoulders or the like.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schnellspannwerkzeug (2) für Warmschmiedepressen, bei dem - im Gegensatz zum Stand der Technik - das Grundhalteroberteil (15) und das Grundhalterunterteil (16) von innen nach außen gespannt werden. Dadurch ergibt sich mehr Raum für das Unterbringen von Werkzeugen. Außerdem ergibt sich eine sehr kompakte Bauweise, die optimal gegen Schmutz geschützt werden kann. Das erfindungsgemäße Schnellspannwerkzeug (2) ermöglicht erheblich geringere Rüstzeiten als beim Stand der Technik. Es kann mittels eines Gabelstaplers, eines Hubwagens, eines Wechselwagens (52) oder mittels eines Hubzeuges gewechselt werden, ohne daß es über Zentrierleisten oder dergleichen angehoben werden müßte.
