Abstract (en)
In a device for coating a substrate with a substance, in particular a film with an adhesive, the substance is applied via a feeding head (4) through perforations (5) in a template (2) onto the substrate in interaction with a counter-pressing roll (3) or the like within a coating nip (8). The counter-pressing roll (3) has a screen casing (7) with holes (12). In a region in and/or behind the coating nip (8), a radially aligned suction current is generated in the counter-pressing roll. <IMAGE>

Bei einer Vorrichtung zum Beschichten eines Substrates mit einer Substanz, insbesondere einer Folie mit einem Kleber, wird die Substanz über einen Beschickungskopf (4) durch Perforationen (5) einer Schablone (2) auf das Substrat im Zusammenwirken mit einer Gegendruckwalze (3) od. dgl. innerhalb eines Beschichtungsspaltes (8) aufgebracht. Dabei weist die Gegendruckwalze (3) einen Siebmantel (7) mit Löchern (12) auf. In einem Bereich in und/oder nach dem Beschichtungsspalt (8) ist in der Gegendruckwalze ein radial ausgerichteter Saugstrom erzeugt. <IMAGE>
