[origin: EP0547316A1] In a two-temperature household refrigeration apparatus (10) with a single cycle, with a spatial evaporator (15) and, connected upstream of this, a freezing compartment evaporator (16) having a ceiling (17), an upright wall (18) and a bottom (19), which evaporators are interconnected in terms of flow by refrigerant ducts, there being provided in the freezing compartment evaporator (16) a collector (32) which is equipped with an inlet and an outlet connection piece (34, 35) which lie higher than its volume which forms the collecting space (33) and is provided with interruptions and which is flowed through by refrigerant flowing from the spatial evaporator (15) to the freezing compartment evaporator (16), there are formed for the refrigerant in the collector (32), as a result of the arrangement of the inlet and outlet connection piece (34, 35) to the collecting space (33) and as a result of the dimensions of this collecting space (33) provided with interruptions, flow conditions which bring about a preferred action on the entire bottom region of the collector (32) by the refrigerant flowing through. <IMAGE>
