Abstract (en)

The compound profile member is to be designed in such a manner that the quality of the welding in the region of the bolts is not impaired by a surface protection layer. Furthermore, embodiments are to be possible, in which the tubes (12, 13) can be made from material which cannot be welded or is difficult to weld. In the compound profile member, each bolt (15) is designed in two parts. The dividing surface (22) runs at an angle to the longitudinal axis (23) of the bolt and is free of a surface protection layer. The bolt parts (16, 17) are welded to one another in the region of the dividing surface (22) after mounting of the insulating layer. Area of application is the building industry. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Das Verbundprofil soll so gestaltet werden, daß die Güte der Verschweißung im Bereich der Bolzen nicht durch eine Oberflächenschutzschicht beeinträchtigt wird. Es sollen ferner Ausführungen möglich sein, bei denen die Rohre (12,13) aus nicht schweißbarem oder schlecht schweißbarem Material gefertigt sein können. Bei dem Verbundprofil ist jeder Bolzen (15) zweiteilig ausgebildet. . Die Teilungsfläche (22) verläuft winklig zur Bolzenlängsachse (23) und ist frei von einer Oberflächenschutzschicht. Die Bolzenteile (16,17) werden nach dem Aufsetzen der Isolierschicht miteinander im Bereich der Teilungsfläche (22) verschweißt. Anwendungsgebiet ist die Bauindustrie. <IMAGE>
