[origin: WO9205320A1] The tooth according to the invention is composed, in the usual manner, of a mounting area (10) and a working area (11). The steel working area (11) comprises longitudinal bars made of a hard material (14-18). Said bars are inserted in the steel and snugly contact the tooth's cutting face. The presence of the rods made of a hard material substantially increases the tooth's service life. The bars are produced by infiltration.

La dent selon l'invention comprend, de manière habituelle, une zone de fixation (10) et une zone de travail (11). La zone de travail (11), en acier, comprend des barreaux longitudinaux de matière dure (14-18), insérés dans l'acier et venant en affleurement de la face d'attaque (6) de la dent. La présence des barreaux en matière dure augmente sensiblement la longévité de la dent. Les barreaux sont réalisés par infiltration.
