A cleaning device for a flexographic printing cylinder has a rotary body (5) which is arranged so that it can be engaged and which forms a positive-locking engagement for cleaning the block (1.1). A resilient cleaning material (7) is passed through in the engagement gap. The material (7) runs off at the same circumferential speed under the effect of the gap draw-in or by mounting on the rotary body (5). The material (7) is provided in sections, in webs from and to a roll or continuously. A cleaning-off fabric is passed through separately and pressed against the block (1.1) by the resilient material (7). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Reinigungsvorrichtung für einen Flexodruckzylinder weist einen anstellbar angeordneten Drehkörper (5) auf, der zur Reinigung des Klischees (1.1) formschlüssigen Eingriff bildet. Im Anstellspalt wird ein nachgiebiges Reinigungsmaterial (7) durchgesetzt. Das Material (7) läuft umfangsgeschwindigkeitsgleich ab unter der Wirkung des Spalteinzuges oder durch Aufzug auf den Drehkörper (5). Die Bereitstellung des Materials (7) erfolgt abschnittweise, bahnweise von und zu einer Rolle oder endlos. Ein Abschmutzgewebe wird getrennt geführt und von dem nachgiebigen Material (7) gegen das Klischee (1.1) abgedrückt. <IMAGE>
